Hit Again By A Hacker… This Time It Was Personal

Someone calling themselves ABO HAMZA has once again hacked my blog, I don’t understand why a black hat hacker would want to target me or what the thrill is of these attacks, each time I try to secure the site I get hit with a different attack, If he has issues with WordPress he should hack their site 
Anyway I have undone the damage (this time) and attempted to secure the holes he used for entry, wasn’t very nice having to hack my own site to get back in
Any suggestions welcomed
